Solid gear, shipping could improve
I bought a pack with a Barre Wave and some new pigtails. The product itself is really well-made, feels durable, and worked great out on the water. It's definitely good value for the quality you get. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to the East Coast, and the packaging was a little basic. Nothing was damaged, but a bit more protection wouldn't hurt. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase, just a small note on the delivery experience.
Decent bar, minor snag
I ordered the Barre Totem along with a set of 24m lignes de kitesurf. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which is acceptable for international shipping. The quality of the bar and lines seems quite good, sturdy construction and easy to set up. I appreciated the clear instructions. My only small gripe is that the tracking updates weren't super frequent, so I was a bit unsure when it would arrive until it was practically at my door. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about it though.

I grabbed a Barre de kitesurf universelle from here a few weeks ago. It's been working out pretty good with my old kite. Was easy enough to order, and it got to me in about a week, which isn't too bad for coming from France, I guess. Felt sturdy when I used it on the water last weekend. Happy with it.
